SuperClubs Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your Super-Inclusive vacation. In fact, we guarantee it. If you're unhappy just tell the General Manager before your second night. If the
General Manager can't make it better, they'll give you a credit voucher for the entire value of the unused portion of your hotel stay, good for up to one year
at a SuperClubs resort. With spectacular resorts in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Curacao, The Dominican Republic and Brazil we're confident that one of them is perfect for you.
Satisfaction Guarantee applicable at all SuperClubs' Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Brazil, Curacao and the Dominican Republic. Does not apply to affilate brand resorts.
SuperClubs Sunshine Guarantee
Every day is SUN day at SuperClubs' Super-Inclusive Resorts. Its simple. For each and every day the sun doesn't show its face during your stay, we'll issue a credit voucher equal to that day's Super-Inclusive room value, good for one year towards another SuperClubs vacation. At each resort the Water Sports Director will make each days official Sunshine determination. On those rare occasions when the SuperClubs Sunshine Guarantee is declared, please ask the front desk for your Sunshine credit voucher.
Sunshine Guarantee applicable at all SuperClubs' Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica, Curacao and the Dominican Republic. Does not apply to resorts in the Bahamas, Brazil or affilate brand resort.
Hurricane Policy 1. On property guests: Should a hurricane happen to strike
the resort, guests at the resort will receive a reimbursement for the total
value of disrupted nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be
issued for the same number of disrupted nights for use during the same month
the following year, excluding airfare.
2. Arriving Guests:
(A) In the event that guests are unable to arrive as
scheduled, we will offer them the following options:
Guests may arrive after the storm passes. Either for the same
number of nights, in which case, we will make every effort to confirm the
dates and categories, but guarantee no (hotel) rate increase - OR -
stay for fewer nights, in which case they will be provided a voucher for
future travel equal to the interrupted nights.
(B) SuperClubs Resorts may, from time to time and at its sole discretion,
recommend that all arriving guests reschedule their visit until after the
storm has passed. Should such notification be issued
we will issue vouchers for future travel. We will guarantee the rate paid.
Based on availability, blackouts may apply.
Arriving guests who elect to arrive, despite our recommendations, do so with
the implicit understanding that no compensation will be forthcoming for any
disruption in services and/or inclusions that may occur as a result of the
storm.
This offer applicable at all SuperClubs' Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica, the Bahamas and Curacao. Does not apply to resorts in the Dominican Republic, Brazil or affiliate brand resort. Also note that Curacao and Brazil are located outside of the hurricane belt.
NOTE: All affiliate brands are excluded from these
guarantees. SuperClubs' affiliate brands include Starfish (All-Inclusive), Rooms (Continental
Plan) and Negril Beach Villa (European Plan).
