Our intention is to utilize any information collected to better understand our guests' needs and to provide better guest service. If any guest information has been volunteered during the price quote/reservation process or during check-in at the hotel, SuperClubs may utilize that information to notify you about issues related to reservations and to inform you about special promotions and announcements (for those of you who would prefer not to receive any additional special promotions or announcements, an 'unsubscribe' link is supplied with every distributed email). SuperClubs may utilize contracted third parties from time to time to assist with these communications. This information will not be sold or leased to any other organizations for commercial purposes. Remember Guest Information
This feature allows you to save your information (salutation, first name, last name, email address and zip code only) in the form of a cookie on your current computer. On your return visit to our online reservation system, this information will automatically be filled in with the previously supplied values. Booking Modifications
All changes required for Internet bookings must be made directly with our reservation specialists. Please read and review all terms on the Internet confirmation page along with the mailed invoice confirmation and conditions applicable to the reservation.
Deposit Requirements
Booked Within 1 to 15 Days Prior to Arrival:
Payment in full is required at time of booking. Any booking without full payment will be cancelled on the following business day.
Booked Within 16 to 30 Days Prior to Arrival:
Payment in full is required within 24 hours. Any booking without full payment within 24 hours will be cancelled on the following business day.
Booked Within 31 to 45 Days Prior to Arrival:
Payment in full is required within 48 hours. Any booking without full payment within 48 hours will be cancelled on the following business day.
Booked More Than 46 Days Prior to Arrival:
Rooms Resorts: Non-refundable deposit equivalent to rate for one (1) night
All Other Resorts: A resort deposit of $200 per person. Also, full amount (non-refundable) per airline ticket plus any optional trip insurance (non-refundable) are required at time of booking. Payment in full required 45 days prior to arrival. Any booking without the necessary deposit amount will be cancelled on the following business day.

Between 16 to 30 days of arrival - 50% of the resort/land portion
Between 31 to 45 days of arrival - 25% of the resort/land portion for 'Rooms' resorts, and US$200 per adult for all other resorts

Change Fee
Resort Portion:
More than 45 days prior to arrival: No change fee apply. Within 45 days prior to arrival: Cancellation penalties will apply to convert to a different promotion/rate, otherwise, US$50 per booking change will be applied for all other vacation revisions
Airfare Portion:
Change fee for airfare is determined by the airline carrier
Trip Insurance:

Breezes Resorts
For Breezes Bahamas and Breezes Runaway Bay
Individuals, 14 years of age or older, can stay at these Breezes resorts based on adult rates. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older).
Children (under 14 years of age) and infants can not be accommodated at these Breezes resorts
Note: For Breezes Bahamas Resort, during the months of March and April, you must be at least 18 years of age to stay.
For Breezes Costa do Sauipe, Breezes Curacao and Breezes Panama
Individuals, 14 years of age or older, can stay at these Breezes resorts based on adult rates. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older).

Children Pricing
Please note the following adjusted pricing calculations:
One adult and one child will price as one adult (single guarantee) and one child
One adult and two children will price as two adults (double) and one child
One adult and three children will price as two adults (double) and two children
Two adults and one child will price as two adults (double) and one child
Two adults and two children will price as two adults (double) and two children
Two adults and three children will price as three adults (triple) and two children
Three adults and two children will price as three adults (triple) and two children
Room Occupancy
Room occupancy is based on the total number of adults, children (and in some cases, infants) being assigned to one room.
Occupants:
When the message 'Maximum of # Occupants' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults, children and infants are allowed.
Adults/Children:
When the message 'Maximum of # Adults/Children' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults and children allowed. If requested, an infant will be allowed in addition to the total # of adults/children.
Adults:
When the message 'Maximum of # Adults' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults are allowed.
Children:
When the message 'Maximum of # Children' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # children are allowed.
Single Share Vs. Single Guarantee
Single Share
Represents one guest willing to share a room with an undetermined guest (of the same gender). This is normally 50% of the price of a double occupancy rate for two guests in a room (prices may vary).
Single Guarantee
Represents one guest staying alone in a room. This is normally 75% of the price of a double occupancy rate for two guests in a room (prices may vary).
Transportation and Resort Location
Private bus transfers from the airport to the resort and back are included (except for , Breezes Costa do Sauipe - starting 11/01/03'). Sign in at the SuperClubs desk outside the arrival hall of the airport upon arrival. The resort's reservations department can confirm return flights and transfers.
Air transfer arrangements can be made for domestic scheduled or charter flights to and from the resort at an additional charge. Please contact us for further information.
Trip Insurance
Those travelers purchasing trip insurance will be covered for land and air trip cancellations and interruptions (airfare is not covered if added separately by a travel agent or purchased separately by the traveler). Benefits for each traveler include all non-refundable portions of trip costs (resort, airfare, and cancellation penalties), $100,000 for accidental death / dismemberment, $10,000 for emergency medical, hospital and dental care, $20,000 for emergency medical, evacuation/repatriation and transportation, $100 for baggage delay, $1,000 for lost or damaged baggage / travel documents and trip delay ($100 per day / $500 maximum). This program includes 'LiveTravel 24 hour Assistance' and 'Travel Guard Assistance'. Other benefits also apply. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion waived if insurance is purchased by final trip payment.
Legal Documents

As of January 23, 2007: Passport required for all air and sea travel to or from the Caribbean (including the Bahamas).
Due to the backlog of passport processing at government offices, from June 2007 through September 30, 2007 the U.S. Government has temporarily suspended the passport requirement for travel to the Caribbean (but not Brazil). If you have a government receipt for your passport application along with a valid picture ID for adults and a valid birth certificate for children you may travel to the Caribbean without a passport. However, we have received information that some airline and airport personnel are confused and are asking to see adults' birth certificates, too.
Airfare Information
Airports/Gateways
Availability and pricing of airline tickets through the Internet is limited to the specified airports/gateways listed in the drop-down box on the 'Price Quote' page. From time to time, we will add to the list of gateways available via the Web. If your gateway of origination is not available for selection, please contact our reservation specialists directly for additional gateway and land pricing.
Airport Flight Confirmations and Check-In Times
For international travel, it is highly recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours before scheduled departure, and be at the departure gate available for boarding at least forty-five (45) minutes before scheduled departure.
Airport Taxes and Surcharges
Airport taxes and surcharges applied to all travelers regardless of age (including infants under 24 months of age) and have been included in the package price. This surcharge and tax is calculated at the time of reservation, and is subject to fluctuations (maximum of $20 per ticket once deposit is received).
Air Ticket Restrictions
All fares are displayed in U.S. dollars, including taxes and fees (subject to availability and routing). All times are local to each city. Prices are for e-tickets. If your itinerary requires a paper ticket, additional fees may apply.
Tickets are valid for the named passengers only. No name changes are allowed; tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Changes to existing tickets will incur a minimum of $125 per person penalty plus any applicable airfare differences. Please make sure that the travelers' names are submitted as it appears on legal documents (passports, birth certificates).
The base price [excluding taxes and surcharges] of the airfare is guaranteed once deposit is paid. Air tickets are protected against fuel charge and tax increases once paid in full and ticketed. Cancellations subject to airline penalties. Airfare deposit is non-refundable. If the client have received the actual airline tickets, then airfare is non-refundable.
Published Flights and Airfare
For published flights, full payment is required immediately to secure your seats and tickets. Please make a credit card payment directly online (see 'Payment Options' on the Confirmation page) or call us directly to submit payment.
Pricing Policy
We strive to offer the most accurate rates and information available. We do reserve the right to correct any errors. We will contact you within two to three business days to review and reconcile any erroneous information. This policy supercedes any guarantees or confirmations given.
Disputes
Our intention is to resolve any issues and written complaints in an amicable manner. However, all legal disputes pertaining to reservations will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All matters arising in other countries are governed by the laws of those countries.
