How does it work?
Using our WebLink
technology we've developed an e-Marketing Program allowing you to stay in
contact with your online visitors. The same way we customize your WebLink
website with your agency's name, address, phone numbers, etc. is how we create
your customized e-Marketing emails. Your online visitors will receive
regular email promotions, sales and updates directly from your agency via your
WebLink profile.
How will this help my agency?
In today's world of
internet options, discount travel sites and online bookings your visitors are
probably checking many prices from many companies in a matter of minutes.
Staying in contact with your online visitors helps to ensure that they will come
back to your site when they're ready to book their SuperClubs vacation.
What do I have to do?
Nothing at all. As
a WebLink member your agency is already participating in the e-Mail Marketing
Program. Just be sure to keep your agency's address, phone numbers, web
address and email addresses current in your WebLink profile since we use this
information to build your customized e-Mails. To update this information
send us an e-mail here.
Do I have to participate?
Of course not. If
you would prefer not to participate in the e-Mail Marketing Program simply logon
to your report menu login here
using your Agency ID and Password. Once you've logged in simply click the
"Opt-Out" button. You can always opt back in at anytime the same
way. If you don't remember your ID and Password send us an e-mail here.
How can I enroll?
If you're not already a
member of our FREE WebLink Program please fill out an online enrollment form for
your agency found here.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours with your
agency's own WebLink site and further instructions. Please note: You must
have and operate your own website to participate in the WebLink Program.
