with Food & Wine Magazine presented a magnificent
blend of the “Flavours of the Mediterranean.” From
Moroccan Kebab Koutbane, Couscous and dried fruit;
cool yogurt soup from Syria; Greek octopus salads
and Italian prosciuttos, international celebrity chefs
specializing in the distinctive regional cuisine of
the Mediterranean countries joined Grand Lido Negril’s
award-winning Executive Chef Martin Maginley in bringing
the Mediterranean flavour to the isle of Jamaica.
Expert Master Sommeliers were on hand to present
the perfect wines to compliment the Chefs’ superb
innovations.
